Virgil Widrich (b. 1967, Salzburg) is a screenwriter, film director, multimedia artist and professor of arts and science at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. His short film “Copy Shop” was nominated for the Oscar Academy Awards. To this date, his films have received more than 150 international awards. In the Tabačka Gallery, he will present two of them, “Make / Real” and “Light Matter”.
